President ICCI Sardar Yasir Ilyas organized one of the largest and most memorable Property Expo in the capital on 3rd, 4th and 5th of September at Pak China Friendship Center where Prime Minister Imran Khan was the chief guest and inaugurated the show . Syed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari, Fawad Chaudry, Lt.Gen. (R) Anwar Ali Haider Chairman Naya Pakistan Housing & Development Authority NAPHDA and business tycoons were also present at the occasion. The event was organized after taking all the precautionary measures. Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry took ahead the vision of Prime Minister and commit 10 million houses.
President ICCI Sardar Yasir Ilyas thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan for coming, appreciated his government and proposed another 4 billion investment for making a new industrial zone in Islamabad, also he requested the Prime Minister Imran Khan to make reforms in FBR taxation system. “Sir we are following your vision to develop 10 million homes and we will deliver it, we have tried our best that whatever we do, we do it on flagship level, for the sake of objectivity. The objective is to connect the consumer with the business to promote opportunities. Our taxation system needs to be reformed for a fix amount of tax” says Sardar Yasir Ilyas.
Prime Minister Imran Khan appreciated President ICCI Sardar Yasir Ilyas and the performance of ICCI “we will take all the necessary measure you mentioned. We should try to make our real-estate industry less dependents on imports since all the raw material is available here at home. Our government will make sure that we thoroughly help you with this.” says Prime Minister Imran khan while addressing the business community at property expo .
